Questions about packs & payment
Checkout takes under two minutes. After payment you will get an email with a booking link — pick your tutor, day and time, and your lessons are reserved instantly.
Life happens. Reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before a private lesson. Group lessons can be made up in any parallel group within the same pack period.
The Starter Pack runs over 4 fixed weeks. Growth is flexible — use it within 6 weeks. Mastery runs over 6 weeks. If something serious comes up, talk to us; we extend for illness and travel.
Yes, once per pack and free of charge. Many students discover their true instrument in week two — we would rather move you than lose you.
Full refund before your first lesson, no questions asked. After that, we refund unused private lessons in full and help you find the right fit instead.
